Prior to founding Kre8 Media, Lee had been a Director of Ad Sales in the broadcasting industry and has led several station start-ups and turnarounds. He knows how the media sales side thinks when they are negotiating with an agency, so he has an effective and unique perspective on how to leverage special opportunities for Kre8 Media clients.

A strategic planning veteran, Susan successfully combined a classically trained brand background with direct response to become an expert in brand response – she even consulted Core Direct on their Vanity Tracking platform, the gold standard for tracking brand response campaigns. She has large media agency experience at Carat and Ogilvy and boasts a stellar list of client experience. Prior to joining Kre8 Media she was a Senior Partner at Ogilvy Neo (2006-2008), serving on the executive committee, and was responsible for Allstate, Select Comfort, Investools and TD Ameritrade as well as Managing Director of NeoVideo, the advanced video arm of Ogilvy Neo.

Sam Rodriguez

As Planning Director at Kre8 Media, Sam is responsible for strategic communication, including brand response planning. His expertise in generating the appropriate research and historical results data enable him to write stellar media plans to achieve even the most aggressive client objectives. Prior to joining Kre8, Sam was Regional Supervisor/Network Development Director at MediaCom Worldwide/Grey Advertising and was based in New York, Mexico City and Bogota.

Classically trained in both general media and direct response, Tom has over 15 years experience in successfully buying local, regional and national media. As our Media Buying Director, he brings an incredible track record of optimizing buys to lower CPL’s and delivering on our client’s expectations of lower CPO’s as well. Tom has held important positions at both Carat and OMD, two of the most prestigious agencies in the business.

Marcy Petricig Braasch

As Kre8’s DR Media Director, Marcy oversees all direct response activity and is our go-to person for complete DR campaign set-up and management. This includes vendor recommendations for call center, production, trafficking and fulfillment services. Marcy specializes in new product launches, efficient rollouts and product growth through DR media optimization. Prior to joining Kre8 Media, Marcy was Media Director at Tower Media, a boutique DR shop in Chicago.

An energetic and logical thinker, Stephen is an Account Supervisor with expertise in all aspects of account management and new media planning. His reputation for world-class service, creative problem solving and producing results is well known among Kre8’s largest clients. Prior to joining our agency, Stephen worked as Interactive Project Manager at Omnicom owned The Zimmerman Agency while completing his Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing & Management Communication from Florida State University.
